The Akwesasne Freedom School

The Akwesasne Freedom School is an independent elementary school founded by Mohawk parents in 1979 to provide children with an education rooted in Mohawk language, culture and traditions. The Kwek Society is thrilled to be the school’s partner as of September 2026, supporting Mohawk students with period care and education.
