Parry Sound High School

In late 2019, thanks to our dear contact Lila T., of the Wasauksing First Nation, The Kwek Society began sending period supplies to indigenous students at Parry Sound High School in Northern Ontario. Lila knew the students’ needs well, having served as a school volunteer, working with Johna Hupfield, the school’s Ojibwe Language and Indigenous Studies Teacher. We continue to partner with Johna to get Parry Sound students the supplies they need.
