College of Menominee Nation

Our Board member Winona Elliott introduced us to the College of Menominee Nation, a Land Grant institution of higher education chartered by the Menominee People that infuses learning with American Indian culture. Winona works as CMN’s Student Resource and Disability Services Manager. CMN reports that 83 tribes are represented among its student body. Starting in October 2024, we are assisting with period care needs for those CMN students who are at risk for period poverty.
